Est-ce que la pand\u00e9mie de Corona entrave l'innovation dans l'industrie h\u00f4teli\u00e8re ? Pas selon Dolf Mulder, propri\u00e9taire de\u00a0Hotek<\/a> Hospitality Group. \u201cWij hebben bijvoorbeeld gezien dat de vraag naar onze Your Mobile Key mobile key juist enorm is toegenomen, juist omdat er een contactloze toegang tot het hotel mogelijk is. Bovendien kan het hotel een \u2018mini-website\u2019 koppelen aan de reservering en de toegangstechniek, waardoor je als hotelier en gast verlost bent van al die vervelende e-mails en de gast geen app meer hoeft te downloaden. Het is een succes geworden en net twee weken voor corona was het systeem helemaal klaar.\u201d<\/p>

Mulder, surnomm\u00e9 lui-m\u00eame \"le serrurier\", s'est transform\u00e9 en visionnaire et coach. \"J'aime \u00eatre mentor pour les entreprises et les entrepreneurs d\u00e9butants, mais aussi pour les personnes qui viennent travailler avec nous.\"
Ook op het vlak van de hotelkamer heeft Dolf een heldere visie: \u201cDe hotelkamer van de toekomst, de intelligente hotelkamer, is al bijna binnen handbereik. Daarin gaan wij een grote rol spelen. Via ons product, Your Mobile Key, kun je de kamer straks op intelligente wijze aansturen. Je bedient de verlichting en thermostaat ermee en door het plaatsen van sensoren op deuren en ramen kan bijvoorbeeld gemonitord worden of er iemand aanwezig is of dat het raam open staat. Als er een half uur niemand in de kamer is, dan gaat de thermostaat lager of de airco uit, om maar een voorbeeld te noemen. Dit zorgt voor een mooie energiebesparing. Ook hotels die werken met een magneetkaartje voor het activeren van het licht bieden we oplossingen. Je kunt met Your Mobile Key zelfs een kluisje openen of sluiten als je dat zou willen. Eindelijk is er \u00e9\u00e9n systeem voor hotels dat straks alles kan.\u201d<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Cela semble formidable. En tant qu'h\u00f4telier, vous n'avez plus qu'\u00e0 vous soucier du nettoyage ; tout le reste peut en principe \u00eatre g\u00e9r\u00e9 \u00e0 distance et de mani\u00e8re num\u00e9rique. \"C'est vrai\", poursuit Mulder, \"mais cela doit bien s\u00fbr correspondre \u00e0 votre h\u00f4tel. Mais avec les p\u00e9nuries de personnel actuelles, je crois que c'est une solution, voire un sauvetage pour de nombreux h\u00f4tels. En r\u00e9alit\u00e9, nous d\u00e9veloppons tout ce que le march\u00e9 demande.<\/p>

On peut d\u00e9verrouiller un smartphone avec la reconnaissance faciale ou une empreinte digitale. Peut-on faire de m\u00eame pour une chambre d'h\u00f4tel ? \"La reconnaissance faciale est d\u00e9j\u00e0 possible, mais est-ce adapt\u00e9 \u00e0 l'h\u00f4tellerie ? Vous avez \u00e9galement affaire \u00e0 des donn\u00e9es personnelles et similaires, mais je peux vous dire que nous y travaillons. Ce qui sera plus largement utilis\u00e9, c'est la commande vocale. C'est d\u00e9j\u00e0 int\u00e9gr\u00e9 dans les foyers, avec Alexa ou Google Home, donc le consommateur y est d\u00e9j\u00e0 habitu\u00e9.\"<\/p>

Les jeunes g\u00e9n\u00e9rations veulent selon Mulder une exp\u00e9rience h\u00f4teli\u00e8re diff\u00e9rente des groupes plus \u00e2g\u00e9s. \"La g\u00e9n\u00e9ration Z recherche la commodit\u00e9 en tant que voyageurs. Pas de paperasse \u00e0 remplir ou de tracas avec les cartes de cr\u00e9dit \u00e0 la r\u00e9ception, mais directement \u00e0 la chambre. Apr\u00e8s tout, votre s\u00e9jour est d\u00e9j\u00e0 pr\u00e9par\u00e9 et pay\u00e9 en ligne. Vous avez recherch\u00e9 l'emplacement sur Google, trouv\u00e9 des activit\u00e9s int\u00e9ressantes \u00e0 proximit\u00e9 et compris le fonctionnement des transports en commun. Vous n'avez vraiment plus besoin d'une r\u00e9ception. Cependant, certains seniors le veulent encore, donc les h\u00f4tels avec une r\u00e9ception ouverte resteront encore un moment. Bien qu'il y ait aussi beaucoup de personnes de plus de 70 ans qui sont comp\u00e9tentes en informatique. Ils ont tous un smartphone et utilisent WhatsApp ; en principe, il n'y a pas d'obstacles \u00e0 travailler de cette mani\u00e8re.\" Les applications existantes pour les h\u00f4tels ne sont pas encore formidables selon Dolf : \"Je choisirais plut\u00f4t notre solution. Premi\u00e8rement, vos clients ne veulent pas du tout t\u00e9l\u00e9charger une application lorsqu'ils s\u00e9journent une nuit, et deuxi\u00e8mement, elles ne sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement pas du tout intuitives et sont \u00e9galement mal d\u00e9velopp\u00e9es. Il est temps que le r\u00e9ceptionniste se transforme en h\u00f4te ou h\u00f4tesse avec un sourire. Un visage amical fait d\u00e9faut lorsque l'employ\u00e9 de l'h\u00f4tel ne fait que regarder en bas pour traiter les documents, les entrer dans le PMS et ensuite cr\u00e9er une carte-cl\u00e9...\"<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Pourquoi faire les choses comme on nous l'a appris?<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Le monde change, tout comme les clients des h\u00f4tels. Dolf aime suivre cette \u00e9volution. \"Beaucoup d'h\u00f4tels 'branch\u00e9s' dirig\u00e9s par des jeunes entrepreneurs ach\u00e8tent volontiers nos produits. On voit souvent que les personnes \u00e2g\u00e9es font les choses comme elles ont appris, tandis que la jeune g\u00e9n\u00e9ration est plus libre dans ses entreprises. C'est \u00e9galement le cas dans notre entreprise, notamment en ce qui concerne les gestionnaires de compte. Presque tout se fait en ligne, et c'est \u00e9galement la meilleure mani\u00e8re de vendre nos produits. Les gens savent d\u00e9j\u00e0 que quelque chose est bon, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la pr\u00e9sentation en ligne et aux avis. Quand j'ai sugg\u00e9r\u00e9 il y a 10 ans de permettre les paiements anticip\u00e9s dans la boutique en ligne, cela a suscit\u00e9 une forte discussion interne car cela n'\u00e9tait pas consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme appropri\u00e9. Mais regardez maintenant, c'est devenu courant de payer \u00e0 l'avance, c'est largement accept\u00e9. Je pense qu'il n'y a rien de mal \u00e0 \u00eatre pionnier dans un domaine, mais il est parfois difficile de convaincre la g\u00e9n\u00e9ration plus \u00e2g\u00e9e. Bien s\u00fbr, il y a aussi de grandes diff\u00e9rences, car il y a beaucoup de personnes \u00e2g\u00e9es qui adoptent le progr\u00e8s et qui l'appr\u00e9cient. En tout cas, je n'embauche plus de gestionnaires de compte qui pensent que les clients attendent quelqu'un pour leur offrir une tasse de caf\u00e9, le client d'aujourd'hui veut communiquer de mani\u00e8re concise et directe. La priorit\u00e9 est donn\u00e9e au num\u00e9rique, m\u00eame si je constate que beaucoup de jeunes entrepreneurs que je conseille ont du mal \u00e0 communiquer avec leurs clients ; il est vraiment tr\u00e8s important de penser comme l'utilisateur final. C'est l'une des raisons pour lesquelles j'aime dormir dans un h\u00f4tel qui n'utilise pas nos produits. Je parle alors avec le directeur ou le responsable technique et j'observe quel genre de produits pourrait \u00eatre un bon compl\u00e9ment \u00e0 notre gamme. Cela peut \u00eatre une bouilloire pour notre boutique en ligne, pour donner un exemple tr\u00e8s simple.\"<\/p>

Internet a chang\u00e9 le monde, et celui de Mulder et de Hotek aussi.\u00a0Hotek<\/a>. \"Coolblue est une entreprise qui se d\u00e9brouille tr\u00e8s bien, vraiment un bel exemple d'une entreprise qui g\u00e8re les donn\u00e9es de mani\u00e8re fantastique. L\u00e0-bas, ce sont surtout des jeunes avec beaucoup d'ambition, et \u00e7a se ressent. Un employ\u00e9 qui fait la diff\u00e9rence dans votre organisation est quelqu'un qui trouve \u00e7a surtout tr\u00e8s amusant, mais aussi quelqu'un \u00e0 qui vous donnez surtout beaucoup d'espace. Ce dernier point est parfois n\u00e9glig\u00e9.\"<\/p>

La p\u00e9riode de la pand\u00e9mie semble en partie derri\u00e8re nous, mais comment Dolf a-t-il v\u00e9cu cette p\u00e9riode sur le plan personnel ? \"Au d\u00e9but, c'\u00e9tait difficile, mais apr\u00e8s deux semaines, j'ai chang\u00e9 de cap car il y avait \u00e0 nouveau du temps pour faire du sport et de l'espace pour accro\u00eetre mes connaissances, ainsi que celles de mon personnel, en suivant et en d\u00e9veloppant des formations. Nous sommes devenus plus soud\u00e9s en tant qu'\u00e9quipe, mais je suis content que nous puissions \u00e0 nouveau nous d\u00e9placer maintenant. Parfois, c'est aussi bien d'\u00eatre proche les uns des autres, car nous avons en moyenne 140 projets en cours simultan\u00e9ment. Dans ces moments-l\u00e0, c'est bien de pouvoir demander quelque chose \u00e0 un coll\u00e8gue au bureau. Dans l'ensemble, cette p\u00e9riode particuli\u00e8re nous a beaucoup appris et a incit\u00e9 l'industrie h\u00f4teli\u00e8re \u00e0 enfin mettre en \u0153uvre \u00e0 100 % la transition num\u00e9rique.\"<\/p>
