Dans la premi\u00e8re partie de la vid\u00e9o, le client a fait une r\u00e9servation dans un h\u00f4tel qui n'utilise pas YourMobileKey. Il re\u00e7oit de nombreux e-mails concernant sa r\u00e9servation et doit t\u00e9l\u00e9charger une application pour ouvrir la porte de sa chambre d'h\u00f4tel. Cela entra\u00eene beaucoup de frustration car il est bombard\u00e9 d'e-mails.<\/p><p>Dans la deuxi\u00e8me partie, le client a fait une r\u00e9servation dans un h\u00f4tel qui utilise YourMobileKey. Il re\u00e7oit alors un seul lien qui le redirige vers une application web. Via cette application web, il peut facilement ouvrir la porte de sa chambre d'h\u00f4tel. Le client n'est donc pas d\u00e9rang\u00e9 par les e-mails ind\u00e9sirables. De plus, il n'a pas besoin de t\u00e9l\u00e9charger d'application. Le t\u00e9l\u00e9chargement et l'inscription dans une application prennent beaucoup de temps. Le client doit t\u00e9l\u00e9charger toute l'application et cr\u00e9er un compte. Mais cela n'est pas id\u00e9al lorsque le client a r\u00e9serv\u00e9 pour une seule nuit.
