What is Your Mobile Key?
Your Mobile Key is a part of Hotek Hospitality Group and offers the complete cloud-hosted platform that allows you to communicate directly with your customer, colleague, or guest at all times. Guests receive a link via WhatsApp and are redirected to a web app, allowing the guest to open the hotel door via a web app. In addition, you can find a lot of information about the hotel and activities in the vicinity of the hotel in the web app. This allows hotels to not only offer door-opening services but also to inform guests.

YourMobileKey is a flexible way of online check-in. With this, you can make a connection with all smartphones, unlike for example Apple Wallet. Apple Wallet is limited to iPhone users only, while YourMobileKey is developed for all smartphone users.
