Jij komt ’s ochtends binnen, en als je je pc aanzet, zie je de orders van de accountmanagers, en onze webshop in je mailbox verschijnen. Jij zorgt dat alle vragen van klanten, offerte aanvragen en orders aan het einde van de dag afgehandeld zijn. Dit doe je in foutloos Nederlands en vloeiend Engels. Spreek je nog andere talen, dan zijn we daar heel blij mee! Je ondersteunt de account managers en sales director tijdens het gehele sales proces en bent de schakel tussen buitendienst, klant en je collega’s op support, administratie, marketing en logistiek.

Job description

• You support the account managers and the sales director
• You conduct commercial conversations, in which you inform and advise our (potential) customers about our products and systems. By phone and via customer visit in the showroom
• You follow up leads and sales opportunities; both by email and telephone
• You are responsible for correctly prepared quotations, orders and deliveries

• You have already gained work experience in a similar position
• You master the Dutch and English language, both verbally and in writing
• You have a result-oriented and proactive attitude with good communication skills
