Duco Salomons appointed as the new CEO of Hotek Hospitality Group

Per 1 november is Duco Salomons aangesteld als de nieuwe CEO van Hotek Hospitality Group (“Hotek”). Met zijn benoeming volgt hij oprichter Dolf Mulder op, die de onderneming in de afgelopen 25 jaar heeft uitgebouwd tot marktleider in toegangssystemen en hospitality-producten. De aanstelling van Duco volgt op de recente overname van Hotek door SaloMonte Partners, een bedrijfsopvolgingsfonds gericht op strategische groei en technologische innovatie.
Duco’s focus op operationele efficiëntie en hoogwaardige klantbeleving sluit naadloos aan bij de ambities van Hotek om met geavanceerde toegangstechnologieën en innovatieve hospitality-oplossingen verder te groeien op de internationale markt. Als adviseur blijft Dolf aan Hotek verbonden en zal hij met veel plezier en energie meewerken aan de verdere groei en internationalisering.

Hotek's Mobile Key is already being used in over 800 hotels across Europe, with more than one million openings per year in end markets such as hotels, holiday parks, cruise ships, and serviced and short-stay apartments. This ‘keyless entry’ solution, which easily integrates with existing systems like the PMS platform Mews, is continuously being developed and expanded. Together with SaloMonte Partners, Hotek aims to expand internationally while maintaining its Dutch character and customer-oriented service.
